I have provided the template that I created. If you would like to use it feel free just make sure to change the file name.
When you upload to your page you will find that you may have to change the format slightly.

Dolores,
Your weather lesson is engaging, interactive and great use of technology. I really like the idea of teaching kindergarteners the correlation with science and math.

Dolores,
What a fun and exciting way to teach about a natural occurance such as weather and incorporating both math and science at the same time. I like lessons like this because students are learning and applying skills and dont realize they are actually doing so, but they are. And by the way thanks for the template. I helped me a lot in creating my lesson plan.
